Vintage Cellars is confident that our products represent good value for money. We are proud to guarantee every product you buy. If you are unhappy with a purchase you've made online or via our Customer Service Centre, just call us on 1300 366 084, or email customerservice@vintagecellars.com.au within two weeks of receiving it.

We will arrange to pick up the stock and organise a refund of the purchase price for the tainted product, and any subsequent bottles that are returned in their original condition. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the product shipped is a result of our error. Please make sure that you include with the products the original packing slip and that it is securely wrapped.

From time to time we are able to source great deals on wines, but due to limited stock, on occasion these offers are just too hot to advertise. So at times we may call you if we think these wine offers are of interest to you.
